As the Lead Skills Training Manager, your expertise will drive program effectiveness and participant success in employment training. You will supervise team members, manage finances, and ensure the quality of adult learning experiences. Collaborating closely with department leaders, your role will also focus on building relationships with stakeholders and funding partners to sustain and grow programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead Skills Training team members
• Deliver strategic leadership for training programs
• Assist in departmental business planning processes
• Oversee financial management of team resources
• Foster community engagement and industry collaboration
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in business or human services
