Overview

Team Lead Mechanical Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of mechanical maintenance of the complete plant through contractor staff and/or customer workforce to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the mechanical maintenance team in day-to-day maintenance activities.
• All on-site mechanical, repair and inspection service activities at customer site (machining, NDT, critical welding).
• Develop, supervise and coordinate plant maintenance activities.
• Plan and inspect completed work on plant equipment.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence.
• Acquire knowledge of process and relevant mechanical and electrical systems throughout the plant to troubleshoot problems and lead the maintenance team in resolving issues.
• Promote development and succession management in mechanical.
