Lead Real Estate Transactions & Settlement Operations

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Manager to oversee acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement.

You will supervise and develop a team of Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors, manage KPIs, and ensure accurate handoffs between Sales and Construction teams. Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of real estate transaction experience; strong MS Office and CRM skills.
