Lead React Engineer - Fitness Platform

Project Description

The Lead Engineer leads the architecture, design, development, and delivery activities of a cross-functional engineering team. Through hands‑on discovery, meaningful velocity contributions, and strong team leadership, the Lead establishes a high bar for velocity and quality across the team. The Lead partners closely with Product and Design counterparts to identify innovative solutions to user and business challenges using leading technology and delivery practices and domain expertise. They also work closely with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Tech Operations teams to shepherd their team’s work through from idea to impact. As a member of a growing team, the Lead plays a crucial role in shaping and defining the team’s culture through indirect delivery leadership and direct people management. The Lead thrives in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork, technical excellence, business understanding, and cross‑functional collaboration are paramount.
