Client Relationship & Project Review Meetings

CLIENT & REVIEW

• Represent Floatex in all project review meetings — PRMs, weekly reviews, coordination calls — with authority to commit to schedules and corrective actions
• Prepare and present project status reports, recovery plans, and commissioning schedules to client management;
  submissions are never late
• Manage client expectations proactively — flag risks before they become crises;
  no missed milestone should ever be a surprise

Execution & Commissioning Oversight

EXECUTION

• Own the project schedule for all active projects from LOA through grid commissioning;
  monitor progress daily against milestones
• Manage Site Incharges directly;
