Our client is seeking a Lead Maximo Support Analyst to serve as the technical SME for IBM Maximo. This role is responsible for maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing the Maximo environment to ensure system performance, stability, and availability. This is a highly technical position focused on application support, integrations, and development rather than day-to-day functional operations. Travel up to 15% to company locations is required.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Maximo projects and technical initiatives from planning through implementation.
· Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Maximo, resolving incidents and service requests.
· Design and implement solutions that improve system performance, stability, and scalability.
