Lead Internal Audit (Digital, Financial, and Operational)

Job Description

Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop the annual audit plan based on organizational risk priorities.
• Collaborate with the Risk Management team to develop dashboards, automated scripts, and continuous monitoring controls.
• Promote adoption of digital tools within the audit team (e.g., Power BI, ACL, Python).
• Coach, supervise, and develop digital audit team members.
• Assist in developing and updating audit programs, policies, and procedures.

BAU Responsibilities

• Scope and lead audits covering financial records, operational procedures, risk management, and all digital/IT-enabled processes, including system integrations, IT General Controls (ITGC), cybersecurity, data management, cloud environments, ERP systems, and automated workflows across Astro’s departments (e.g. Customer Orders, Pricing Framework, Payment Disbursement, Journal Entr...
