Position Summary

Step into a key leadership role with Northern Health as the Lead, Infrastructure & Cloud Services, guiding teams that deliver essential infrastructure and cloud solutions that support patient care and organizational operations. The Lead, Infrastructure & Cloud Services provides day-to-day operational leadership for teams supporting technical infrastructure services across Northern Health, including on-premises, cloud, related platform technologies, and infrastructure‑dependent operational systems. The role is accountable for coordinating workload and service priorities, providing staff supervision, managing operational escalations, and ensuring infrastructure services are operationally ready and supportable throughout their lifecycle.
