Job Overview

We're seeking someone to join our WTS Messaging and Conferencing team as a Lead Messaging Engineering Specialist in Workforce Technology and Services to enhance, integrate, automate and support the Messaging platforms operated by the firm. The candidate will be expected to provide daily operational support, engineering and design of new and custom solutions for Morgan Stanley's messaging squad. This is a software engineering position at Vice‑President level.

Responsibilities

• System management and upkeep of the production environment.
• Representing and managing the system with control functions such as internal audit, legal, and security teams.
• Problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalation and notification.
