Lead Front-End Web Support & Operations

Sutherland Global is seeking a Lead – Web Support & Front-End Operations based in Bogotá, Colombia. The successful candidate will manage support and maintenance activities for automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform.

This role entails leading the support team, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and coordinating with stakeholders for seamless website support service delivery. Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and experience with WordPress are required.
