Position Summary & Scope The Lead – Employee Engagement is a senior Human Resources professional responsible for architecting, driving, and sustaining a high-impact employee engagement ecosystem across the organization. Working as a strategic partner to Senior Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, CoEs, the role serves as the nerve-centre for culture, belonging, and workforce experience, translating business goals into meaningful people programs that inspire performance, celebrate organizational values, and foster an inclusive workplace. The incumbent will own the national engagement calendar, lead the Rewards & Recognition program, champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and leverage AI-powered platforms to elevate employee experience at scale.
