Opportunity Description
To lead and drive the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) function across the turbine manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, implementation of corporate EHS standards, and fostering a proactive safety culture with zero harm objective.Develop and implement EHS system aligned with organizational goals and “Zero Harm” vision.Drive compliance with national/state statutory regulations (Factories Act, Pollution Control Board norms, hazardous waste rules, etc.).Ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Establish EHS KPIs, targets, and monitoring frameworks.Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space, and Material Handling safety systems.Ensure safe operations for critical turbine manufacturing processes such as:Heavy lifting (EOT cranes, slinging)Machining and fabrication activitiesHeat treatment, shot blasting and other critical processesCo...
