Lead Designer

We are looking for several lead designers to join Patria's client projects. You will develop top-level solutions in projects that have a direct impact on society's security and functionality. In this role, you will lead the design process as a whole and ensure that technical solutions progress with quality from start to finish. As a lead designer, you combine strong mechanical design expertise with the ability to lead design teams and manage large entities. You will be responsible for defining technical requirements and implementing them together with the teams, ensuring that solutions meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
