Lead Designer

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Creative Lead to own and drive the design and

creative direction across branding, social media, and digital campaigns. You’ll be

responsible for shaping brand identity, leading campaign thinking, and mentoring a

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Lead branding and identity design for client brands from concept to execution.

● Build and execute creative strategy for social media campaigns aligned with client goals.

● Define and guide the visual and content direction — across static, video, reels, GIFs, and interactive formats.

● Act as the creative POC for clients — present ideas, gather feedback, and translate it into refined outputs.
