Lead Content Systems Engineer

A Lead Developer will design, develop, and maintain mission‑critical content management systems built on IBM FileNet and Tungsten KOFAX, steward the modernization and cloud migration roadmap, and actively participate in improving Agile, engineering, and DevOps practices.

What you will do

• Have end‑to‑end IT ownership of the ECM platform.
• Perform complex engineering activities including design, development, performance tuning, monitoring, and deployment of the ECM content management platform, workflows and integrations.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and integration services that expose ECM capabilities to business applications, enabling seamless content retrieval, workflow orchestration, and document lifecycle management.
