Lead Automation Technician: Equipment Design & Install

Plasticos Castella SA is seeking an Automation Engineering Technician to support design engineers in automation projects. The role involves leading entry and journey-level Technicians and providing user support during installation and training on automation technologies.

Ideal candidates will have a technical degree in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering and 7-8 years of experience in automation equipment assembly and installation. Advanced knowledge of engineering fields is required.
