• Understand Personal Banking sector processes, including end‑to‑end business processes, to identify key areas to audit based on risks and issues.
• Lead and/or carry out audit engagements for a specific sector or process.
• Assess internal controls, analyze issues encountered, and help identify their root causes.
• Draft the audit report and present the results of the work performed in a clear and concise manner to managers responsible for the reviewed processes and to senior management.
