Become the Lead Instructor at Leduc Recreation Centre, elevating aquatic services part-time at up to 20 hours per week. Lead, mentor, and enhance aquatic programs while ensuring participant safety and quality.
The City of Leduc seeks a passionate Lead Instructor for its Aquatic Programs. This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality aquatic training and guidance to instructors. You will collaborate with staff to assist with lessons and provide stellar customer service to all aquatic program participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to aquatic instructors daily
• Assist with lesson planning and participant needs
• Coordinate pool setup and takedown for programs
• Complete instructor administration on time
• Train and mentor aquatic staff effectively
