About the job

• Support and enhance the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) based system, by leading application support and development, triaging and troubleshooting issues, and application performance monitoring.
• Coordinate and deliver technical changes, releases, and upgrades to ensure system stability and performance.
• Work with business, project, and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and improve processes.
• Lead and support IT projects from planning through implementation, including working with vendors and consultants.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues, guide decision‑making, and ensure alignment with government I&IT standards.
• Support data quality, documentation, and system workflows to maintain reliable and secure information management.
