Lead AI Test Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Lead AI Test Engineer (QA Lead) to join a leading Capital Markets team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong Front Office Trading Technology experience who can lead QA initiatives while remaining hands‑on with AI testing and automation.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Software Testing experience
• 3+ years in a QA Lead/Team Lead role
• Capital Markets & Front Office Trading Technology experience (Mandatory)
• Python (5+ years) with automation development
• Selenium, Behave, Cypress or Playwright
• QA Team Leadership, Mentoring & Stakeholder Management
• Test Planning, Release Testing, RCA & Test Environment Management
