Opportunity Description

**About the Role:**

+ Define and execute the product roadmap for People Assist features, including conversational experiences, case deflection, and knowledge surfacing.

+ Apply continuous discovery practices to understand employee needs, validate solutions, and refine product direction.

+ Use story mapping to break down end-to-end service journeys into clear, deliverable increments.

+ Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable software solutions using agile planning.

+ Support integration of AI technologies, including conversational interfaces, intent recognition, and intelligent recommendations.

+ Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency through automation and AI-driven workflows.

+ Collaborate with HRSD and platform teams to integrate shared services such as authentication and tenant discovery.
