The ideal candidate has strong GAAP accounting knowledge and operational accounting/bookkeeping experience, particularly in the industrial construction industry, and is comfortable handling crucial office management duties. This role is responsible for managing core accounting functions such as recording and reconciling financial transactions, processing payroll, and preparing financial statements. It also involves handling vendor payments, expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies while maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the position includes operational management duties like answering calls and coordinating employee health insurance and benefits.
