We’re expanding into cross‑platform games on PC and consoles, including Disney Speedstorm and Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day 2D and motion production stream, prioritising tasks, removing blockers and managing timelines.
• Mentor and develop illustrators, graphic designers and motion designers through regular check‑ins and constructive feedback.
• Standardise workflows, naming conventions, file structures and maintain documentation to streamline onboarding and hand‑offs.
• Advocate for the team with the Creative Agency Lead, monitoring workload, morale and performance risks.
