Position Summary The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a wide range of corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance matters.
This position will play a key role in mitigating legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business operations through effective legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Support labor relations matters, including employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
Coordinate and manage external legal counsel when necessary.
