Lawyer, General Counsel Office (London)

We are seeking a Lawyer, General Counsel Office to join our team in any of our offices.

In this role, the incumbent will support the General Counsel in researching risk management and ethics questions, answering risk management and ethics questions from Firm members, drafting and updating Firm policies, and reviewing contracts from Firm members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel in duties related to compliance, ethics and regulatory issues.
• Support the General Counsel in the updating of risk related policies.
• Along with the General Counsel, provide legal advice to the management and leadership of the Firm.
• Provide professional development training on risk management.
• Review and provide comments on Firm’s contracts with vendors.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda relating to professional responsibility and risk management.
