/Accountabilities:As a member of the account recovery services team, you will work in a fast-paced legal environment delivering mortgage enforcement services to our client, the Customer Assistance Group. Your duties will include:
Preparation of various legal documents
Preparation of correspondence and the handling of a variety of communications with customers, internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure quality and efficiency, meet deadlines and be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
provide specialized business services, advisory or processes within the area of specialty (mortgage enforcement)
Accountability for own work and sometimes others; act as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in area of mortgage enforcement
Work within broad guidelines / policies and independently perform tasks from end to end
