Latino Outreach Coordinator

Position Overview

The Utah Democratic Party is seeking a Latino Outreach Coordinator to design, plan, and execute strategies that build deeper engagement with Latino communities across Utah. This role is central to expanding the party's reach, growing trust within Latino communities and Spanish‑speaking voters, and ensuring our communications and organizing efforts genuinely reflect and serve the people we're trying to engage.

Someone who understands Latino communities in Utah, whether through lived experience, prior organizing, or community ties, and who's excited to build something from the ground up. This role requires equal parts strategist, communicator, and relationship builder.
