LATAM Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist

INNIO Group is seeking an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist for LATAM based in El Salto, Guadalajara, Mexico. The role involves managing the entire recruiting process for key roles across the region, ensuring effective collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of HR experience focused on recruiting, can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Portuguese as a plus.

This full-time position supports INNIO’s growth by overseeing recruitment and enhancing employee experience across LATAM.
