LATAM Labor & Employment Counsel (In-House)

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel specialized in labor and employment law to support a global company from its Mexico City office. You will provide timely advice to People team and business leaders across Mexico and Latin America on hiring, leaves, discipline and compliance with local labor laws.

You will manage outside counsel, oversee investigations, and help draft template agreements and policies while monitoring regulatory changes affecting employment obligations.
