LATAM HR & Onboarding Lead

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Onboarding & Compliance Specialist for our LATAM Data Center workforce. You will lead onboarding, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate equipment and access for new hires.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, and proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday/ADP). You will collaborate with Mobility, IT, and hiring managers to support smooth day‑one productivity.
