Last-Mile Logistics Lead

Cainiao Group in Zacatecas, Mexico, is seeking a Last-Mile Operations Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff, ensuring delivery efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate daily DSP route planning and dispatch, monitor safety and service quality, collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, and other OPS units, and implement improvements to cut costs.
