The Role
We are looking for a working Crew Leader to run a small crew of 2 to 3 people.
You will be hands-on, keeping work on track, making sure the job is done right, and making sure nothing important gets left behind at the yard.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Lead a small crew of 2 to 3 team members on garden sites
+ Keep daily work organized and moving efficiently
+ Work alongside your crew maintaining garden beds and properties
+ Perform hands-on gardening tasks including:
