Land Development Coordinator Role at SmartCentres

SmartCentres is looking for a Land Development Coordinator. Drive innovative real estate projects and manage development applications within a collaborative workplace.
In this role, you will support the Director of Development by coordinating consultants and liaising with municipal staff. Your focus will be on managing land use applications, tracking their progress, and addressing any emerging issues proactively. You'll play a key role in preparing reports and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
