As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will work with our industry-leading home building team to identify, assess, and secure prime land purchase locations for our communities. Our Land Acquisition Managers work autonomously to negotiate land acquisitions, perform sophisticated land use and financial analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements.
