Position Summary

As a Lancement Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of all information related to flights, billing, and client orders. You will act as a key link between the production departments and our airline clients to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery

Responsibilities:

Manage billing for airlines customers

Input in WINREST the loading factors for each airline
according to clients requests

Check that the delivery notes are correctly filled in
