In the HRBP position, you will play a vital role in advising management on employee relations, conducting investigations, and supporting collective bargaining efforts. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with policies and legislation while fostering a positive work environment. This will involve supporting both operational leaders and HR initiatives across regions.
