About The Position
The Laboratory Analyst 3 is responsible for all aspects of laboratory analysis including production, time management, quality control, and turnaround time.
Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation of standards, stocks, and materials.
- Operates Basic Level 1, 2, and 3 analytical instruments.
- Generates work lists and organizes analytical runs.
- Prepares complex sample extractions, preparations, and analyses.
- Calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Basic and Level 1, 2, and 3 instruments.
- Train other staff within the department/laboratory.
- May act as Team Lead for staff.
