Labor Relations Counselor - Latin America

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic guidance and hands on assistance for Operating Units to manage through complex global labor relations issues, for contract negotiations, for pro‑active employee relations and organizing campaigns, with a focus on Argentina.
• Provide expert: advocacy in labor arbitrations and with government agencies (legal research, counsel, company lead advocate) labor relations consultation and counsel to operating units.
• Supports the execution of global labor relations philosophy and partners with the business stake holders on the determined strategy and philosophy.
• Enhance organization’s labor relations competence through development and facilitation of labor relations training and mentorship.
• Act as guidance review or project team member to various compensation, disability management, and other HR project teams.
