Responsible for maintaining smooth operation of the team, expanding lab capability to meet clients requirement, and improving lab productivity/ save operation cost.Lead Technician team to prepare samples and/or perform tests and other assigned tasksReview results of normal/routine tests without abnormal observation before sending them to supervisor for final review or sending them directly to CS team when they are quantified and assigned.Study and review test methods, SOP, client’s manuals and prepare the proper resources to ensure that jobs are conducted in compliance with required methods/ SOP/ manualsImplement new test methods for Technician team, as assigned by Supervisor, in order to meet clients’ requirement.Perform root cause analysis on complaints/ claims and provide results for Supervisor to have proper corective actions.Ensure day-to-day compliance in HSE & Quality management system (SOP, for...
