L2/L3 Production support

Role Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in AWS Cloud, DevOps tools, and hands‐on experience in managing critical production environments.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Perform L2/L3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
• Handle on‐call support, escalations, and coordinate with cross‐functional teams.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in AWS
• Implement automation using DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform (as applicable).
