Overview

NTT DATA seeks an L2 Production Support engineer with Linux, SQL, and MongoDB experience to join the team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico. The role focuses on production support, deployment, monitoring, and collaboration with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Linux/Windows platforms, including scripting (Perl, Shell).
• Work with databases such as DB2, MS-SQL, and MongoDB (SQL and stored procedures).
• Contribute as a Java/.Net application developer and production support engineer as applicable.
• Understand software systems, client/server architectures, and compatibility requirements.
• Handle complex technical development concepts, database design techniques, and latest tools.
