Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and developing models to promote cultural well‑being.
• Ensuring cultural accessibility in municipal cultural services.
• Coordinating cultural volunteer work, e.g., cultural buddy activities.
• Coordinating the Kaikukortti (Sound Card) program.
• Initiating cultural outreach activities in collaboration with the well‑being region.
• Working with various target groups, especially cultural elderly care and multicultural work.
• Networking with organizations such as Taikusydän, associations, and municipalities' well‑being services and councils.
