•Performing a wide variety of heavy cleaning duties to maintain assigned areas. This includes washing kitchen/dining floors, walls, and windows, waxing/buffing floors, and sanitizing trash cans.
•Preparing soiled dishes for the dishwasher by separating food waste, pre-rinsing, loading and operating the dishwasher, and safely stacking/storing clean dishes.
•Preparing fresh fruits and vegetables by cutting, scraping, chopping, dicing, and peeling, as well as operating electric appliances like potato peelers.
•Setting up glasses, silverware, condiments, food items (butter, salads, desserts, bread), and cold beverages on the serving counter, clearing soiled dishes, and wiping down dining tables and chairs.
