I am working with an international hospitality group seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations in a high-volume environment.
This role is responsible for kitchen performance, team leadership, food quality standards, purchasing, inventory control, and financial results.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational experience, excellent leadership skills, and solid knowledge of the Portuguese hospitality and supplier market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day kitchen and back-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
