Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Assist in preparing and cooking ingredients according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Assist with monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, reporting shortages, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, such as chefs, servers, and dishwashers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of kitchen tools, equipment, and ingredients, to prevent accidents or foodborne illnesses.
