Kids Company Child Care Assistant/aide

**Position**:

- Albany Area Early Learning Center
**Position Purpose**:
The Kids Company Child Care Assistant and Aide works closely with the Kids Company Site Leader to ensure a safe, caring, and positive child care environment for all participants.
**Essential Functions**:
- Provide daily supervision, interaction, and behavior management for varying groups of children.
- Work cooperatively with all Kids Company staff to plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.
- Supervise and engage children at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Equipment**:
May use standard office equipment such as a copy machine and telephone.
**Travel Requirements**:
Travel between district buildings and within the community may be required depending on schedule/site assignment.
