The Key Accounts Sales Director (KAD) is responsible for managing and growing sales volume through management of the company’s sales team and development of national key accounts within Canada. The sustainable development of the Key Accounts business with the aim of making RATIONAL the Partner of Choice by delivering tangible customer benefits. The KAD will fill the Pipeline through the selection and identification of Key Accounts within the territory where RATIONAL can deliver tangible customer benefits. They will also introduce RATIONAL products and services to future National Key Account customers, leading, maintaining and developing long term relationships with both existing and new Key Account customers to grow sales volume.
