**Position summary**
+ Support the Head of Modern Trade (MT) in developing, tracking, and optimizing sales plans and targets through in-depth customer and channel insights.
+ Assist the Head of MT in preparing business documents and presentations for key internal and external meetings.Coordinate closely with Key Account teams, Demand Supply Planning, Sales Operations, and Trade Marketing to ensure effective stock allocation by category, promotional execution and Allocation of POPs (category).
+ Identify opportunities for channel and customer development; build customer-specific sales plans and propose tactical initiatives in collaboration with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
+ Monitor competitor activities across customers and provide actionable insights to strengthen competitive advantage.
