Key account manager

Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in mining sales or key account management Matric Proven track record in business development within the mining industry Strong understanding of mining applications, production methods and equipment Experience preparing and managing tenders, proposals and commercial quotations Technical knowledge of heavy mining equipment such as excavators, dozers and haul trucks Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) CRM experience Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively, both locally and internationally Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within the mining sector Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with mines, contractors and industrial clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers Prepare and submit tenders, proposals and quotations within required deadlines Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations Ne...
