This position requires active site presence, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication with subtrades and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subtrades and suppliers effectively
• Track schedules, budgets, and procurement
• Maintain strong site presence for oversight
• Log and compile meeting minutes accurately
Requirements:
